Many years ago, King of Swings made a strategic decision to focus entirely on its manufacturing capability of playset design and construction. Yet, many of the parents of our "customers" expressed a keen interest to compliment their wood playset investment with a similar quality of outdoor wood furniture.

So we recognized that backyard living can take many forms, and concluded that good-looking, comfortable furniture that stays good-looking and comfortable would always be welcomed and part of the family lifestyle.

This is why we chose Island Furniture by Cox to be offered here at King of Swings. Like our playsets, Island Furniture is also constructed of Southern Yellow Pine, classified Grade Number 1, pressure-treated to ground-contact specifications, and then kiln-dried for even greater dimensional stability. All wood components are selected for appearance and durability. All bolts and screws are stainless steel so rust and corrosion should never be a concern.
