King of Swings offers complete set of professional playset repair services for residential and commercial King of Swings playsets. All wooden parts are warranted for 15 years so we'll happily replace any parts damaged by rot, decay or termites free of charge!*

KING OF SWINGS MOVING SERVICES

King of Swings will professionally disassemble, transport and professionally reassemble your children’s King of Swings playset at your new home or even to a different location in your current yard.  Please note that you King of Swings playset warranty becomes void upon a change of ownership.

HOW TO SCHEDULE A PLAYSET MOVE:

1. Take two - three photographs of your playset from multiple positions around the playset

2. E-Mail the photos along with (1) the current address of the playset, (2) the future address of the playset, and (3) the desired move date or final date before which the playset must be move to paul@kingofswings.com

3. A King of Swings representative will reply with an estimate and the date by which the move will be completed

4. A 50% deposit is required to confirm any move.

COST TO MOVE A PLAYSET:
The cost to move a playset is a function of the following.

1. The size & complexity of the playset

2. The condition of the playset. What replacement parts are needed to return the playset to a safe, child playable condition.

3. The distance the playset is being transported

WHEN TO PLAYSCAPE:
King of Swings recommends that the playscaping project not be undertaken until after the actual playset has been installed. King of Swings only delivers playscaping services on the same day your playset is installed.

WHY TO PLAYSCAPE:
Here are some common considerations

• Playscaping with child safe mulch will cushion your child’s fall. Although boo-boos may never be eliminated from a child's play experience playscaping a playground area will certainly minimize their occurrence and severity

• Playscaping creates a neat , well manicured aesthetic around the playset thereby enhancing the appearance of your property.

KING OF SWINGS PLAYSCAPE CONSTRUCTION:

1. Define a safe play perimeter around the playset taking into consideration the safety buffer recommend for specific play equipment.

2. Create the perimeter by laying and securing 6x6, ground contact rated, pressure treated timbers along the natural slope of the area. Upon a customer request King of Swings will substitute & install commercial grade rubber timbers to set the perimeter.

3. King of Swings does not possess the equipment or expertise to level or smooth ground by moving soil. Please seek the assistance of a professional landscaper if you want that service.

4. The area will then be thoroughly covered with landscaping "weed-block-fabric", which allows water to drain but not grass or weeds to grow through.

5. Finally, the area will be covered with 6-8” deep “Child Safe” wood bark mulch (rubberized much is also available upon request).

KING OF SWINGS RESIDENTIAL REPAIRS

King of Swings offers complete set of professional repair services for King of Swings playsets.

COST OF RESIDENTIAL PLAYSET REPAIRS
The cost to repair your residential playset depends on your warranty status and the specific type of repairs required.

Per the KING of SWINGS purchase warranty, the first two years for both the wood playset and the plastic accessories are 100% covered against defect workmanship or breakage/damage resulting from normal play.  The coverage includes on-site repairs at your home at no cost to you.  All pressure treated lumber is covered for 20 years against rot, breakage, or insect infestation (excluding Carpenter Bees). After year two, ALL on-site repairs will be charged with a service fee plus the price to repair or replace accessories or other non-pressure treated lumber parts.  Pressure treated lumber parts will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer

HOW TO SCHEDULE A PLAYSET REPAIR

1. Take two to three photographs of the item in need of repair from multiple angles. Your photos are helpful and ensure that the repair crew will bring the correct parts and tools to successfully complete the repairs in a single visit)

2. E-mail the photos, your current address at which the playset is located and the approximate age of the playset to paul@kingofswings.com.

3. A King of Swings representative will respond with an estimate and the date by which the repairs will be completed.

4. If you are not sure what is wrong with your plays (e. g. It make an unusual noise or it moves when kids are swinging) a professional inspector will be dispatched to inspect your playset as soon as possible to recommended a list of repairs and an estimated cost.

5. After customer approval costs and makes a 50% deposit the repairs will be placed on the schedule and the date and approximate time of day will be communicated to the customer.

KING OF SWINGS COMMERCIAL REPAIRS

King of Swings offers complete set of professional repair services for King of Swings playsets.

COST OF COMMERCIAL PLAYSET REPAIRS
The cost to repair your commercial playset depends on your warranty status and the specific type of repairs required.
